Please note that Plasti-Fab is a division of PFB Corporation. The e-business and web site management functions reside within PFB so in order to process a request or online service your information may be shared between designated members of the PFB organization. To summarize, by completing an online form or by sending a request or inquiry, you are allowing us to forward your information to the appropriate Plasti-Fab Ltd. network individual. What is Personally Identifying Information?

"Personally identifying information" is information that can be explicitly used to identify and/or contact you as an individual.
