Advantage ICF System® is used in Foundation Walls, Above Grade Walls, Party Walls and Frost Walls.

The Advantage ICF System® is an excellent solution for additions to
residential and commercial structures. Building and renovating with
Advantage ICFs provides improved energy efficiency and effective thermal
resistance in your space.The Advantage system also provides a safe
and quiet living, reduced noise transmission and reduced air leakage.

Our patented forming system provides 5 steps in 1: Structural strength,
studding, vapour barrier, air barrier and external sheathing resulting in
reduced construction time. Advantage ICF System makes your building
energy efficient, quiet and comfortable. ICF is the fastest growing
construction method for both full home and renovated residential
construction.

With the Advantage T-block product, launched in the early start of 2014,
you have a greater flexibility when planning your additions and building
renovations. T-Block provides both a 6 and 8 inch concrete core for the
intersecting wall. This insulating concrete form configuration of a T-wall
more efficient by eliminating cutting and bracing in comparison to manually
constructing a T-wall with only straight forms.
